During the creation process, 3 Eights Architecture will generate the Contract Documents from which contractors will price or bid on and inevitably use as a tool to build from.

 

3 Eights Architecture focuses on careful, calculated, and environmentally enjoyable design for small-scale projects. Large-scale projects can also be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

There are many firms who want and need the large projects, leaving many homeowners to the fate of the contractor alone. We at 3 Eights Architecture are here for you.

 

We will work with you to create the drawings, diagrams, or instructions as required so that you the homeowner can understand what the contractor is ultimately responsible to do for you. We help create the Contract between you and the contractor by drawing your vision as Contract Documents.

The project example, Redwood Studio, was one of our Design Build projects. We converted an old garage by designing a new redwood rainscreen. We complemented the design by adding a storefront window, reworked the stucco, and added other site features.
